SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping:
The orders will be shipped every Monday to avoid be held by the carrier over the weekend. If you place your order on Monday after 4pm, keep in mind that will be shipped only on the following Monday. All orders should be dropped at the Carrier according to their schedule. Every order will be sent with a tracking number.

At checkout costumer can choose the best shipping method and rate.
At the moment all orders will be shipped from Orlando-Florida. So the shipping time may vary, depending on your location and which shipping method was chosen.

We pack your order with care, using dried ice, gel pack and thermo bubble wrap. When placing an order beware of the time of delivery. Make sure upon receiving that the package do not stay outside at the door and it is taken inside and straight to the freezer or to the oven in case you can wait to eat this delicious bread.
We will work hard to make sure you get your order in good status.

We don’t accept returns since is a frozen product. The sale is final. And we don’t provide refunds.
